摘要
在体外培养条件下,观察了不同浓度的透明质酸(HA)对淋巴细胞转化和E花环形成的影响。结果表明:低浓度HA对淋巴细胞转化有促进作用,高浓度HA对淋巴细胞转化则有抑制作用;而HA对E花环的形成均有抑制作用,且抑制率与HA浓度成正相关。HA可在细胞周围形成一层亲水性外晕,阻碍细胞与细胞之间的信息交庄相接触,这可能是导致HA抑制淋巴细胞某些功能的主要机制。
Effects of hyaluronic acid (HA)at different concentrations on lymphocyte transformation and E rosette formation were investigated in vitro. Results showed that HA at low concentration enhanced lymphocyte tran sformation, while at high concentration it inhibited the Process. E rosette formation could be inhibited by HA, which was directly related with HA concentration.Hydrophilic holo around cells could be observed when the cells were incubated with HA. Prevention of message exchange and contact between cells by the holo might be the marn cause for the inhibiton some functions of lymphocytes by HA.
