摘要
自1980年代以来,大型发展项目成为国际城市发展的一个重要趋势。本文通过对上海浦东与伦敦道克兰公共空间的比较研究,探讨了以分析国际化形势下大型发展项目中城市公共空间的象征性、公私关系、与历史文脉及当地环境的联系等问题。
Since the l980s, megaprojects have represented a new trend in urban development and planning throughout theworld. These megaprojects involve globalized development process, large flows of capital and intenationalintelligence. This paper compares the public spaces created in Docklands and Pudong, arguing that globalizationand large-scale development has increasingly influenced on public space, especially in terms of symbolic use,public-private relationship and contiuity in historical and local contexts.
