本文对比分析了纽约和爱丁堡两个城市的空间,并以二个设计方案(C－House,B－Offce和Meda Village)为实例,提出并探讨了建筑与规划中最大化可穿越性的设计原则,同时论述了建筑设计和城市复兴的关系。

After an analysis of the urban spaces of New York and Edinburgh city the paper sets out the principle of maximizingthe public access in the architectural and urban design. The followed 2 cases (C- House, Media Village) providequalitative studies as well as weave together the architectural design and urban renaissance.
