摘要
本文对天然和重组人白细胞介素1对大鼠肺纤维母细胞生长的调节效应进行了研究,探讨了检测这一效应的最佳条件。结果表明在低浓度血清存在下,IL-1与纤维母细胞(FB)作用36h,后者的~3H-TdR掺入率增加最为显著,且与IL-1的剂量呈明显正相关。随着作用时间延长或血清浓度增高,则这一效应逐渐减弱。我们的结果还提示IL-1促FB的生长作用机制不同于其它已知的生长因子。
Recently the modulating effects of natural or recombinant human interleukin-1 (IL-1) on the rat lung fibroblasts (FB) proliferatoin were researched. The results suggested that the IL-1 showed the growth-pomoting activity for FB with dose-dependent response relation, the optimal detective condition was that the FB were cultured in the medium containing IL-1 at lower serum conceration for 36 hours. As the culture time was prolonged (more then 48 hours) or the serum concerntation was increased (more then 1 percent) , this activity was dimmed gradually. Our results also demonstrated that IL-1 distinguished from other known growth factors for FB in action mode.
