摘要
提出了基于 RBF神经网络的水泥窑优化控制系统方案 ,采用“定值控制回路 +RBF神经网络”两层控制结构 ,并通过接口外挂于水泥窑集散控制系统的高速数据通道上 ,实现窑的综合优化控制。仿真实验表明
An optimal control scheme in cement kiln based on RBF neural networks are put forward. The authors decided to adopt two layer control structures of a 'setpoint control circuit+RBF neural networks system', which is connected to the High Bus of the DCS to realize the synthesis optimal control of kiln. Simulation results shows that the method is valuable to the research of the optimalcontrol system in cement kiln.
