作者用10个同类系和3个标准近交系小鼠,经免疫首次在国内同时制作成功9种H-2、Hc和Thy-1单价特异抗血清,并用微量细胞毒法和免疫双向扩散法测定其效价,H-2K、H-2D和Thy-1抗血清的最高效价分别为1:320、1:1280和1:1280。Hc抗血清的最高效价为1:8。实验结果表明:Thy-1受体间个体差异极小,H-2受体间部分存在个体差异,而Hc受体间差异甚大。经免度4—7次后制得的抗血清效价无明显差异。本文还对不同供体受体组合效果作了比较研究,探讨了影响抗血清效价的多种干扰因素以及在我国繁育同类系小鼠,发展免疫遗传学研究的重要性和迫切性。
Using immunizing technique, first time, 9 kinds of antisera against the mouse specificities H-2, He and Thy-1 were produced by authors with 10 congenic strains and 3 standard inbred strains in China. The titer of each antiserum was tested with microcytotoxicity test and Ouchterlony method. The highest liters of anti-H-2K, H-2D and Thy-1 sera were 1:320, 1: 1280 and 1:1280. 1:8. was the highest titer of anti-He serum. Results showedi there is almost no individual difference among the recipients anti-Thy-1, a little individual difference in the recipients anti-. H-2 but much iadividual difference in the recipients anti-He. The tests also indicated: from 4 to 7 times of immunizing, it doesn't hare an effect on the titers of antisera. The effects of different donor recipient combinations were compared and studied. The authors discussed some kinds of interfering factors with the titers of antisera, indicated the importance and urgency of breeding congenic mice and developing im-munogenetics in China.
