摘要
理论实体与实际实体的比较及实体型面三维误差的获得 ,是建立在理论实体和实际实体“最佳匹配”状态基础上的 ,提出以不重合度为评判依据 。
It is important for solution of 3D error to get the real 3D surface being best fitting with its theory 3D surface, the un-superpose degree as a criterion and a new kind of parameter iterative method a adopted to study the optimum matching for the actual reconstituted surface and theoretic surface.
