摘要
本文对300M钢断裂韧性试样断口上的延伸区进行了观察及测量,对其形成过程进行了讨论,并提出了延伸区平均宽度W与断裂韧性K_(IC)间的定量关系式W=0.3K_(IC)~2/E_(σy),将此式所得W的计算值与实测结果进行比较,二者十分吻合。
The stretched zones in 300M steel fracture toughness specimens were observed and measured. The forming processes of the stretched zones were discussed. Furthermore, the formula W=0.3K_1c^2/Eσ, which discribed the relationship between the average widths of the stretched zones and the fracture toughness K_(1c)was put forward. The calculated values of W obtained from the formula above are in good agreement with the measured results.
