The Cutting Database Management System of PCBN Tools

为实现对 ＰＣＢＮ刀具各种信息的查询及管理，以 Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｂａｓｉｃ为平台，运用 Ｖｉｓｕａｌ Ｂａ－ Ｓｉｃ的数据库接。技术、Ｍｉｃｒｏｓｏｆｔ ＳＱＬ Ｓｅｒｖｅｒ７.０数据库管理系统及Ｍａｔｌａｂ的仿真功能，建立了 ＰＣＢＮ刀具切削数据库管理系统，并对实现过程中有关查询的技术问题进行了深入剖析．实践证 明：该系统除具有一般数据库的性能外，还具有 ＰＣＢＮ刀具有关信息的多媒体咨询及演示功 能．同时运行稳定、操作灵活，实现了 ＰＣＢＮ刀具在加工不同工件时相关信息管理的规范化．

In order to query and manage the information of PCBN tools cutting workpiece, this paper is based on Visual Basic and applies the database interface technology of Visual Ba- sic, the database management system of Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 and the imitating function of Matlab to set up the cutting database management system of PCBN tools. At the same time, it analyzes one key query technique in the fulfillment process in detail. The system also involves multimedia demo and consultation with PCBN tools information except the functions of common database. Simultaneously the system runs steadily and works delicately, and it makes the manage- ment of the information of PCBN tools cutting different workpiece standardization.
