Commutable of Associative Ring with Nil -element in Its Center

证明了结合环的一个交换性定理，即满足非正则元相乘可以交换，正则元为周期元，且平方为０的元恒在中。０内的结合环是交换环．这是对Ｈｅｒｓｔｅｉｎ定理的推广．

In this paper, a theorem of commutable of associative ring is proved. It is proved that an associative ring with its normal elements being periodic and the other elements being commutable with each other is commutable if its nil -element nil -proved 2 are all in center.
