摘要
通过试验将磁化的和未磁化的高速钢材料的耐磨性进行对比 ,并研究了磁化及退磁对高速钢材料性能的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,脉冲磁化处理能够提高高速钢材料的耐磨损性能 ,并显著提高高速钢材料的使用性能。
A study on the wear of pulse magnetized and unmagnetized high speed steel has been carried out experimentally. The influence of magnetization and demagnetization has also been examined. The results indicate that pulse magnetization can increase the wear resistance of high speed steel and prolongs the lifetime of the high speed steel tools.
