摘要
介绍了用于刃磨齿轮滚刀的简易对中装置的结构、原理及使用方法。实验结果表明 ,本装置最大限度降低了辅助加工时间 ,不但提高了劳动生产率 ,而且提高了齿轮加工质量 ,具有很高的经济效益。
The structure, principle and application of a simple centring device used for the sharpening of hob cutters are described. The results in practice demonstrate that the device can significantly reduce the auxilliary time in operation. It improves not only the productivity, but also the quality of the gears machined.
