摘要
论述了单台电动机智能保护装置的基本原理通过对电动机长期运行及重复短时运行温升变化数学模型的建立及求解,得出了电动机运行时的温升曲线,由此得出保护特性曲线,为装置研制提供了理论基础.论述了多台电动机联网集中保护的原理,包括通信方式的选择、多机通信原理、多机通信协议、硬件及软件设计的基本原理,最后对所研制的装置进行了全面的试验.
In this paper,the basic principle of intelligent protector for single mo tor is presented first,the curve of rising temperature and then the curv e of protection performance are obta ined by building and solving the math model of rising temperature of two states:long -termrunning and repeate d short -termrunning .These provide the theory foundation for the apparatus.The principles of multi -motor's concentrated protection including th e selec-tion of communication means ,the theory and protocol of multi -motor comm unication,the design principle of hardware and software are discussed.Finally the overall experiments on the apparatus are carried out.
