摘要
阐述了铝电解电容器阳极氧化膜的生长过程、耐压能力、单向导电性能、厚度上限以及“自愈”性机理.实验证明,铝氧化膜的增厚是在一定电场作用下,Al离子和新生态O双向运动效应的结果.而且氧化膜的生长厚度有一定限度,最大约为0.8mm,因此铝氧化膜的实际工作电压不能大于500V.
This paper investigates some properties of mode anode oxide films used as aluminum electrolytic ca-pacitors about the growth process,r esistivity to voltage,unidirectio nal conductivity,limit thickness a nd self -re-cover mechanism Experiments show th at the increasing in thickness of Al 2 O 3 film is the result of the bi-directio nal movement of Al ion and neonatalOeffected by electric field and the in creasing in thickness of Al 2 O 3 is limited,and the thickest film is about 0.8μm.So the work voltage of Al 2 O 3 filn practice should not be more than 500V.
