摘要
采用混相理论建立板坯连铸中心线偏析的数学模型 ,将能够描述各向异性结晶过程的枝晶渗透率公式引入模型中·通过对一典型板坯连铸过程的模拟分析 。
This paper develops a mathematical model of the centerline macro segregation in the slab continuous casting of steel based on the mixture theory. An anisotropic permeability is incorporated in the present model. Through the numerical analysis of a typical continuous casting process, it is shown that the centerline macro segregation can be reasonably predicted using the model.
