摘要
针对沥青稳定基层的特点 ,进行多种级配和沥青用量下的静态蠕变试验 ,根据试验结果分析了永久变形随混合料组成的变化规律 .结果表明 ,采用粗细集料搭配均匀的连续密级配和适中的沥青用量可以获得最佳的抗永久变形能力 .利用广义Burgers模型分析得出了材料的粘性变形参数———粘性变形柔量G ,并结合壳牌的车辙预估方法提出了沥青稳定基层永久变形的预估方法 .研究表明 ,蠕变试验是评价材料的抗变形性能和预估材料发生永久变形的简便、有效的方法 。
Based on the property of base course stabilized with asphalt, static creep testing is used to study the mixture with various kinds of gradation and asphalt volume. From the creep testing results,the regularity of deformation property with the change of mixture component is analyzed.The results show that best permanent deformation resistance can be got when continuous dense gradation, which has even arrangement of coarse and fine aggregate is adopted. Viscous parameter G can be got by making use of generalized Burgers model. Based on rut prediction of shell a new method to forecast the unrecovered deformation is put forward. The experimental study shows that static creep testing is a handy and effective method to evaluate the deformation property and forecast the unrecovered deformation, and therefore it can be used to instruct asphalt mixture design.
