Envelope Analysis Method of Digital Signal

研究了在往复机械和振动机械故障诊断中非常有效的包络分析 ,分析了描绘包络线的过程 ,让计算机能够自动抓取包络线的特征点 ,在此基础上 ,经过去均值、光滑不等距插值等处理逐阶分解拟合信号 ,能很好地提取各阶包络信号 ,为故障诊断提供了一种有力的分析工具 .经过对模拟信号和工程信号的分析 ,证明本文方法是有效可行的 .

This paper studies the effective envelope analysis method used in the fault diagnosis of reciprocating and vibrating engines. After the analysis the process of drawing an envelope curve, it becomes possible for computer to detect the characteristic points of the curve. The envelope signal can be disassembled and fitted by removing mean and smooth interpolation by unequal distance. So we can get the exact envelope signal of every order, and a powerful method can be provided for fault diagnosis. The analysis examples of simulating signal and engineering signal prove that the method is effective.
