摘要
通过对心理学的运用 ,充分了解女生上体育课的动机、兴趣 ,教师才能有效地安排教学计划 ,促进和激发学生积极锻炼身体的兴趣 ,同时提高她们对体育课的认识 ,增强其对体育运动的信心。
The Comprehensive understanding of some psychological concepts, such as motive and interest, are of great inportance to increase the effeciency of PE to spur schoolgirls' interest to take more physical exercises, to further their understandings on PE and to build up their confidence to PE.
