摘要
本文应用一种新的粘度数学模型研究了国内广泛使用的5222树脂的粘度和固化度的关系。在5个给定的温度(403K,408K,413K,423K 和428K)下用 DSC-2C 差示扫描量热计和 Brook-field OV-Ⅰ型粘度计分别测定了5222树脂固化度和粘度值。理论分析和实验结果表明二者具有良好的相符性。
In this paper,the viscosities of 5222 resin system as functions of the degree of cure were investigated.The mathematical models of the relationships were gi- ven in conclusion.The results show that there is an excellent agreement between the value of viscosity measured by Brookfield Model DV-I viscometer and the value of viscosity culculated by mathmatical models.
