摘要
针对硬质合金车刀精加工换向器工作表面所存在的问题 ,提出了采用金刚石车刀及其车削技术 ,并对刀具的几何参数和切削参数进行了研究和探讨。经过对 ZQDR- 41 0电机换向器的实际应用 ,效果很好。
The paper presents the diamond turning tool and its turning technology in order to solve the problem lies in fine machining of commutator working surface with carbide turning tool.It also studies on geometric and turning parameters of the tool.And it is proved to be offective through pratice on ZQDR 410 motor commutator.
