摘要
本文以某低压电器厂为例 ,介绍实施企业资源计划系统的一种新思路 ,包括业务流程重组、有限工作目标、软件结构、接口设计等。讨论了ERP系统的实施方法。
To surve as a example of a factory of low voltage electrical apparatus, a new thinking to carry out ERP system was introduced, including the realignment of business flowcharts, limited working goal, software constructure and interface design. The methods to carry out ERP system were discussed.
