介绍美国摩尔公司生产的DCS(数字化控制系统)计算机集散控制系统在200MW机组中的系统构成,分析直吹式锅炉给煤系统对协调自动控制系统的影响因素及协调自动控制系统的控制过程,重点阐述给煤系统主蒸汽压力的自动投入过程,以及为消除给煤系统的滞后性和延时性所采取的办法,使给煤协调控制系统达到安全稳定的投入。
Describes the system structure of the digital control system produced by the U. S. Moore company in the 200 MW power generating set, analyses the effect of direct blow boiler fuel supply system on the coordinated automatic control system and the control process of the coordinated automatic control system, explains in detail the automatic throw process under the primary steam pressure in the coal supply system, and the measures taken to eliminate the lag and delay in the coal supply system.
