摘要
90年代末,CRM(Customer Relationship Management,客户关系管理)逐渐成为人们日益关注的对象。本文从CRM的主要功能出发,讨论了Web技术、数据仓库和数据挖掘技术、CORBA技术和(实时)在线交流技术在CRM系统中的应用,从而促使CRM得到更好的发展和实施应用。
From the late 1990s,Customer Relationship Management has been increasingly focused on.Based on the primary functions of CRM,the paper discusses the use of Web technology,Data Warehouse and Data Mining technology,CORBA technology and (real-time)on-line communication technology in CRM to improve the development and application of CRM in China.
