微机型电除尘数显装置的设计

The Design of ESP Digital Indicator Controled by the Microcontroller

介绍一种采用80C196KB单片机控制的电除尘用控制器的软硬件实现方法。该装置能够快速A/D采样、实时控制,采用了多种控制方式,对电除尘过程中的火花闪络进行可靠识别并加以控制,提高了除尘效率。为了增加人机交互的能力,该装置采用了键盘输入,LCD液晶中文显示器,通讯端口以及打印输出。

This paper present a design of a controller for ESP,witch is controlled by the 80C196KB CPU.In this design, this equipment makes use of 16-bit SCM,flash A/D sampling,disposes,and achieves real time control. It adopts multiform control methods,and it can reliably identify the arc over of the spark and control it,improves efficiency of ESP.To increase the ability of man-machine interaction,this equipment adopts keyboard entry, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), serial port communication,and printer output.
