摘要
为改进烟用二醋酸纤维卷曲工艺技术及滤棒成形工艺提供理论依据及实践经验 ,从卷曲理论和工艺试验两方面研究了生产工艺上影响丝束卷曲能的 3个主要因素 ,提出增加卷曲能可产生更多的小卷曲波 ,丝束卷曲能可提高到 2 6 0~ 2 90g·cm cm。卷曲能的增加应通过提高压板压力并适当提高丝束含湿量来实现。在给定丝束卷曲能的条件下 ,维持工艺所需最低的对辊压力至关重要。用这样的卷曲工艺条件生产的烟用二醋酸纤维能够改善卷烟滤嘴的过滤性能和吸阻稳定性。
Three major factors affecting tow crimped energy in the process of acetate tows were studied. The results showed that more short crimp curves were produced with increase of tow crimped energy and the tow crimped energy could be increased to 260-290 g.cm/cm by increasing flapper pressure and moisture contents of the tow properly. It was very important to keep the lowest roller pressure under a given tow crimped energy. The filtration efficiency and draw resistance stability of filter rod made from the tows under these crimp conditions were increased \{significantly\}.
