The HL202 base drive and thick-film IC for a sort of fading-saturation and negative supply protective special GTR and its the range of pin ,name,funcion and usage are introduced.The main particularity of design and parameter restrict are given.The interior structure and working principle are taken apart,further the technical application are discussed and also the application instance are given.
