摘要 本文从市场时印刷纸质量的要求出发,分析了影响印刷质量的原因。从对抄纸理论的研究中,认识到在纸机网部实现最大程度的脱水并形成匀度好的纸页是非常重要的。通过总结在十几家造纸厂的生产经验,介绍了 NEAC 配套助剂在改善含草浆纸温变形和表面印刷强度方面的应用技术。 This paper analysed the factors affecting the printability of wheat straw -base paper,and con- cluded that it is very important to obtain the maximum water removal and best paper formation on the wire section based on the water removal machanisms during the forming,pressing & drying stages.The experiences and results of several paper mills. which applied certain process chemicals to increase dimension stability and surface strength of wheat straw -base paper were also addressed.
