摘要
用计算机辅助设计方法对Z3 0 3经编机连杆机构进行结构设计优化分析。利用C语言编程 ,建立设计计算程序并进行数据分析 ,得到一个合理的数据库。以此为核心 ,建立与AUTOCAD图形编辑软件的接口文件 ,调用该文件进行自动绘图和运动模拟 ,实现经编机连杆机构的结构优化。
It is carried out design and optimized analysis for the link motion in Type Z203 warp knitting machine with the method of CAD. Programmed with C language, arational database can be obtained to build the design program and analyze the data. With that being the core, the file to interface with the AUTO CAD. graph editing software is set up. The optimum structure of link motion in warp knitting machine can be made by use of that file to carry out automatic drawing and motion simulation.
