数控加工干涉检验的新算法

A New Algorithm on Gouge-detection in NC Machining

提出一种干涉检验的新算法——点到曲面距离法。通过计算刀盘上刀尖轨迹圆上的任一点到理论曲面的距离来检验刀具与被加工曲面是否存在干涉且计算出干涉量的值 。

A new algorithm on gouge-dectection is presented in this paper. Whether gouge lies between the machined surface and the cutter is detected and the value of gouge is gotten by calculating the length from any point on the tool-nose-trace circle to the theoretical surface. Calculating efficiency is greatly improved.\;
