摘要
本文介绍的近红外光散射成像系统是一种用于乳腺癌检测的频域光学成像设备 ,采用射频幅度调制近红外光透射成像。成像系统包括近红外激光发射电路、二维扫描装置、光接收及放大电路、信号采集板及微机系统 ,整个检测过程由微机控制。为了提高光在强散射组织中的穿透能力并减小背景噪声 ,入射光被分别进行 5 0MHz和 16 0 0Hz调制。仿体实验表明 ,在 0 2 5 %的Intralipid仿体溶液中 ,单个或两个吸收体分辨率为直径小于 10mm ;在猪肉脂肪组织中 ,单吸收体分辨率为直径 8mm。
A near-infrared (NIR) light imaging system with scattering photons is presented in this paper as an alternative noninvasive tool in mammography. The imaging system consists of laser emitting and receiving components, two-dimensional scanning platform, signal processing and transformation component, and computer programs for data sampling and image construction. The probing light is sinusoidally modulated with frequencies of 50MHz and 1600Hz respectively in order to increase penetrated depth in tissue, and to control background noise. 2.5% intralipid solution and pork fat were used to simulate the breast tissue, and a black ball with different diameter to mimic the cancer. Experimental results showed that a 10mm-diameter absorption object, where single or two absorption objects existed could be distinguished in intralipid solution while an 8mm-diameter absorption object could be distinguished in pork fat.
