腔内支架技术治疗喉气管狭窄的护理

Nursing in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal constriction with inner-cavity cradle

目的 :研究腔内支架治疗喉气管狭窄的护理要点。方法 :对采用腔内支架治疗的 32例喉气管狭窄患者 ,在治疗中实施相应护理。结果 :32例喉气管狭窄患者安放支架后 ,呼吸困难明显改善 ,随访 2～ 2 6个月 ,30例呼吸道无狭窄。结论 :通过术前加强心理护理和手术体位训练 ,术后密切观察生命体征变化 ,预防并发症 ,做好康复护理及出院指导 。

Objective: To investigate the main points of nursing in the treatment of laryngeal and tracheal constriction with inner -cavity cradle. Methods: 32 patients of laryngeal or tracheal constriction accepted the treatment with inner-cavity cradle. The role of nursing in the treatment was investigated. Results: After laying the inner-cavity cradle, dyspnea could be obviously relieved in all the 32 patients. The follow-up period lasted from 2 to 26 months. Constriction of 2 respiratory tract was not occurred in 30 patients. Conclusion: The following was very useful to the patient's recovery: Before the operation, reinforcement of psychological nursing and teaching the patients to practice the posture were important. After the operation, close attention should be paid to the changes of life sign.Preventing of the complications,nursing of rehabilitation and instruction at discharge were helpful to the patients.
