摘要
本研究采用一种全植入式弱电流音频电脉冲刺激器 ,刺激动物神经加速其再生的实验 ,进行了组织学观察和神经电生理测定 ,实验表明 :(1)光镜观察发现 ,被刺激的损伤神经 ,周围无炎性反应 ,与周围组织无粘连 ,神经连接处无粘连。神经外膜上有再生毛细血管 ,神经连接处稍膨大。 (2 )电镜观察发现 ,被刺激神经在连接处有再生纤维 ,排列不太整齐 ,再生神经纤维变细 ,数目增多。周围可见疏松结缔组织。外膜周围有少量的巨噬细胞和肥大细胞。 (3)神经电生理测定 ,坐骨神经传导速度和复合肌肉动作电位 (M波 ) ,记录到微弱电信号波形。其结果表明 :弱电流刺激神经损伤组织 ,使其细胞功能增强 。
