摘要 综述了脂肪酶在富集DHA和EPA方面的应用 ,总结了近十年来脂肪酶富集DHA和EPA的研究状况 。 The research of the method of lipase catalysed concentration of DHA and EPA has been reviewed. This article has summarized the advances in last decade and analysed the outlook of this method to produce DHA and EPA enriched product.
