摘要
试验测定了某发动机球铁曲轴采用切线滚压、半精磨后滚压和沉割滚压等工艺方案的弯曲疲劳极限,结果表明,从疲劳强度的角度看,这几种滚压工艺方案都是可行的。
Three fillet rolling schemes,inclu ding normal fillet rolling,deep rolling and post -semifinished grindin g rolling were applied to the nodular c rankshaft of an engine.The bending f atigue limits of the rolled test piec es were mea-sured.It was found that all the rolling schemes were practicable from the fatigue strength point of view.
