摘要
针对 RD2 型轮对磁粉探伤中普遍存在的打火现象 ,从磁粉探伤磁化方法和轮对端面与磁化夹头接触状态入手进行了分析 ,并提出了防范措施和建议。
In view of the sparking existing commonly in magnetic powder flaw detection for RD 2 type wheelsets, it begins with the analysis on the magnetizing method in magnetic powder flaw detection and the contact conditions between the end face of wheelset and the magnetizing fastener, and the preventative measures and suggestions are put forward.
