详细介绍了高速公路危险品紧急事件信息化管理系统的主要功能 ,信息化管理的主要过程 ,以及在高速公路上实施该系统所必须的基础环境。提供了危险品紧急事件管理系统功能设计简图 ,阐明了危险品事件信息化管理的 6个主要程序。
This paper gives a brief introduction about the main functions of expressway hazardous materials incident information system,main process of information management and basic environment for implementing the system on expressways.It also presents a sketch of hazardous materials incident management system and defines 6 procedures of hazardous materials incident information management.
