Referenced Value Range of Urinary Sediment One Hour Count by Detecting Health Adults with DiaSys R/S 2003 Urinary Sedi-ment Workstation

目的确定用DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣工作站检测健康成人1小时尿沉渣计数的参考值范围。方法按NCCLS Literature GP-16A对尿沉渣分析要求,用DiaSys R/S 2003尿沉渣工作站对206名健康成人进行尿沉渣中红、白细胞的定量计数。结果经F检验红、白细胞男性及女性各年龄组间无显著性差异(P>0.05),但男、女性间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。红细胞:男0～5万/小时,女0～7万/小时;白细胞:男0～6万/小时,女0～9万/小时。结论健康成人1小时尿液中红、白细胞与年龄组无关,与性别有关。

Objective To confirm the referenced value range of urinary sediment one hour count by detecting healthy adults with DiaSys R/S 2003 Urinary Sediment Workstation. Methosd In accordance with the requirement of NCCLS Literature GP - 16A, urine of 206 healthy adults were detected to count the number of erythrocyte and leucocyte by DiaSys R/S 2003 Urineary Sediment Workstation. Redsults There is no obvious deviation in Red & White Blood Cell among age groups of male and female (P > 0.05) , but it has obvious deviation in gender between male and female (P < 0.05) . Red Blood Cell: Male 0 - 50 thousand/hour, Female 0～ 70 thousand/hour, White Blood Cell: Male 0 ～60 thousand/hour. Female 0 ～ 90 thousand/hour. Conclusion The Red & Blood white Cells in the one hour urine of healthy adults have nothing to do with age group, but gender.
