摘要
为实现高精度的船舶定位及避碰 ,根据国际避碰规则 ,利用激光检测方法和技术系统及激光自动标绘技术 ,进行了激光船舶定位及避碰系统的优化算法及软件设计 ,它采用点模型和安全半径的方法 ,设计宽阔水域、多船相遇的定位及避碰 ,从而智能地确定避碰船只。
In order to improve the precision of the ship location, the optimum algorithm of ship location and collision avoidance with Laser device is discussed according to the international collision avoidance rules. It makes use of the point model and safe radius to design the method of the location and collision avoidance of ships in wide water area. It can determine the ship which needs to avoid, and its avoiding speed or direction.
