摘要
根据相图和杠杆定律 ,用解析方法计算了 Fe-Cr-C系铸造合金 M7C3 碳化物体积分数 (φ) ,给出了定量描述 ,并以 C,Cr为变量用解析法计算 .与 1 0种不同成分奥氏体基铸造合金实验数据比较 ,解析计算与实验结果相吻合 .该计算方法比经验公式有更精确和更普遍的意义 .
On the basis of the phase diagram and the lever law, the M 7C 3 carbide volume fraction (K) of Fe Cr C casting alloy was calculated by analytic methods. And K was calculated analytically with the variables of C and Cr contents. The analytic calculations of 10 austenitic matrix casting alloys with different compositions agree with the experimental data of those alloys. The method of analytic calculation is preciser and more general in application than that of empirical formulae.
