摘要
阐述了建立产品质量认证的必要性和可行性,介绍了美国、日本铁路工业产品质量管理的经验和我国铁路工业产品质量监督管理情况,论述其质量认证的技术支持条件,并对我国实施铁路工业产品质量认证及准入制度提出了若干建议。
According to the features and quality of railway industrial products, the necessity and the feasibility of establishing product quality accreditation is discussed and the implementation of the railway industrial product accreditation and entry regulation suggested.
