摘要
通过对运输效益影响因素及其关系的分析,从营销机制、运作机制、运力配置、信息化建设等方面提出了铁路运输组织改革措施,指出只有从管理上优化资源配置,才能提高铁路企业经济效益。
Through the analysis of the factors that influence the transport efficiency and benefits and their relationship, the railway traffic organization reform measures are put forward from the aspects of marketing and sales mechanism, operation mechanism, traffic capacity deployment. It is underlined that only optimization of the resources from the management aspect can promote the economic benefits of the railway enterprises.
