铁路行包运输管理信息系统关键技术研究

Research on some key technological aspects of the railway baggage and parcel transportation management information system

为了实现铁路行包承运、到达、中转、发送、仓库货区管理等业务全过程的现代化管理 ,研制开发了“铁路行包运输管理信息系统”,该系统包括行包发送、到达、中转、装车、数据维护、径路管理 5个子系统 ,本文着重研究行包系统中的优选运送径路、确定计价里程、优化装车方案、计算行包运价等关键技术问题。使用情况表明 ,该行包系统业务覆盖面广、具有强大的行包业务信息处理能力。

In order to modernize the whole process of the transport undertaking, arrival, transferring, dispatching, and the warehouse management of railway baggage and parcel, we developed the 'railway baggage and parcel transportation management information system', which consists of the five sub-systems, i.e. railway baggage and parcel dispatching, arrival, transferring, loading, data maintenance and route management. In this paper, the system is researched on some key technological aspects of the system, such as choosing the transport routes, optimizing the loading scheme, determining the valuation mileage, calculating the transportation price of the baggage and parcel, etc. The practical use shows that the system covers all kind of services, and it is of strong ability to deal with all informations of the baggage and parcels.
