摘要
从理论上分析了 10 k V铁路贯通线谐振过电压的产生机理。根据理论分析和实测数据 ,提出了虚幻接地与真实接地的判定规律。研究设计了适用于 10 k V铁路贯通线的谐振过电压计算机监测与消谐系统。系统的硬件设计选取专用数据采集卡与通用个人计算机相结合的方案 ;软件开发则以 WINDOWS95为操作平台 ,用 C语言编程。试验运行结果表明 ,系统工作可靠、使用方便 ,可移植性强 ,易于推广至其他电压等级的电网。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of resonance over-voltages in 10 kV railway power networks. According to theoretical analysis and on-the-spot data, it proposes the law to differentiate an unreal phase-to-earth fault and a real one. The computer disresonating and monitoring system of resonance over-voltages has been studied and designed for 10 kV railway power networks. The hardware of the system is based on a special data acquisition card and a personal computer. The software is based on WINDOWS 95 and programmed with C language. Testing results show that the system is reliable in working, convenient to use and to transplant. The system can easily find its application in other power networks.
