摘要
本文分析了我院研制的大型通用汽车底盘模拟测功机适应不同车型和不同试验的能力,提出了适应性预测方法,编制了相应的适应性预测软件,使任何车型在底盘测功机上试验前,能快速预测出能否进行某项试验,并设置底盘测功机升速器的升速档位,满足不同车型与测功电机功率匹配的要求,保证测功电机处在最佳的转速和扭矩范围内。为可靠、有效、合理地利用大型汽车底盘模拟测功机提供了保障。
In this paper, the test ability of the commonly used vehicle chassis dynamometer suitable for different types of vehicles was analyzed, a prediction method of adaptability was put forward, and corresponding computer programs were afforded. Using these programs, an conclusion weather the chassis dynamometer is suitable for vehicles tested on it could rapidly get out, and a appropriate gear shift of chassis dynamometer was set, ensuring electronic load motor running in the optimal range of speed and torque. This would provide a reliable guarantee of reasonable using large- scale type of vehicle chassis dynamometer in an effective way.
