摘要
本文在论述西部大开发中强化环境与资源法律保护的必要性基础上 ,针对西部环境资源保护存在的法律问题 。
Based on the necessity of protection of the law to strengthening environment and resources in western development, by analyzing the potential law problems of western regions environment and resources protection, this paper puts forward some concrete measures for it.
