高校学生对教学、任课教师和课程满意度的调查 被引量:60

A Research Report on University Students' Satisfaction Intensity about Teaching, Teachers and Curriculums

摘要 通过对重庆市院校合并前 2 4所高校 32 6 6名学生的抽样调查及分析表明 :高校学生对高校教学总的满意度分布有学校类型和年级的差异。比较起来 ,满意度分布最积极的是理工类高校 ,满意度分布最消极的是师范类高校 ;随着年级递增 ,高校学生对教学的满意度递减 ;满意度突减的关键年级是 2 - 3年级。同时 ,高校学生对高校教学总的满意度分布和对任课教师及课程的满意度分布三者间有相关和高度相关。据此 ,对高校教学的系统改革尤其是如何有效提高高校教师执教素质、更新课程门类和结构 ,从而切实提高高校教学质量提出了建议。 The sampling investigation and analysis of 3 266 students in 24 universities suggests that the distribution of students' satisfaction intensity about teaching differs according to different types of universities and grades. The students from universities of science and engineering appear to share the most active satisfaction intensity, while the students from normal universities share the most negative satisfaction intensity. With the increase of grades, the satisfaction intensity decreases and the crucial grade during which a sudden falling of satisfaction intensity appears is Grade Two or Grade Three. Students' attitude towards teaching is highly related to their attitude towards teachers and curriculums. In order to improve teaching in universities, the authors give some advice on how to carry out the systematic reform of teaching, especially on how to enhance teaching qualities and renew the curriculums and their structures.
