By analyzing the class structure, institutional arrangement, actual behavior and political moral of the Communist Party of China from the perspective of political science, this paper demonstrates that the Communist Party of China represents the fundamental interest of the Chinese People and provides the theoretical basis and realistic grounds for the legitimacy of the Chinese Communist Party as the ruling Party in China.
