One of the basic functions of aesthetics education is to cultivate one's ability to appreciate what is beautiful. It refers mainly to the cultivation of one's ability to appreciate the beautiful creatively. In aesthetic creation, man 's abilities concerned with aesthetics, including human sense, mood, imagination, association, will and evaluation, will combine organically in the experience of aesthetic sentiments. In music aesthetic education the individual's ability to appreciate music independently refers to his ability to think and create.
