With the rapid development of our society and economy,more and more people show their concerns over the issue of exploiting the university sports market .This paper analyses the necessity of developing the university sports market and its basic characters.After pointing out its main contents, the paper makes a profound research on the 4C market strategy of university sports in provincial capitals.
