Jiang Zemin gave an important talk at the 80th Anniversary of the Founding of the CPC. It is a great historical document and illustrates in details the important thoughts of the 'Three Representatives'. It gives a guide to the Party's building in the new century and provides an important theory for the probing into new laws of the Party's building.
